How we work with your specification
Tell us the profile you need: origin, screen, defects tolerance, processing method, cup notes, volume and shipment window. We select matching lots with partner producers and send pre-shipment samples for your approval before any contract is signed.
Processing methods available
- Natural — dried in the cherry; sweet, full body, the classic Brazilian profile.
- Pulped natural — skin removed, mucilage left on; balanced sweetness and clarity.
- Fully washed — clean cup with brighter acidity.
- Experimental fermentations — small microlots with complex, fruit-forward profiles.
Shipping terms
